Trustee Kathleen Leavitt has been appointed to assume the caseload and office of retiring Trustee Rick Yarnall, effective today, October 1, 2026.
The VEGA1 and VEGA2 (BSS) offices are consolidating, with completion expected soon. Both datasets will remain available on the NDC throughout the transition.
Once the consolidation is complete, only NDC TrusteeID “VEGA1” will remain active. No case number conflicts are anticipated. We are coordinating with BSS and will provide a follow-up notification once the data conversion and merger are finalized.
