Trustee Julie Philippi has been appointed to assume the caseload and office of retiring Trustee George Reiber, effective today, October 1, 2026.
The BUFF and ROCH (Epiq) offices are consolidating, with completion expected soon. Both datasets will remain available on the NDC throughout the transition.
Once the consolidation is complete, only NDC TrusteeID “BUFF” will remain active. No case number conflicts are anticipated. We are coordinating with Epiq and will provide a follow-up notification once the data conversion and merger are finalized.
